Shelley’s Story

 

From when Shelley was just 4 months old, the building had been her family home. As a little girl she playing ‘Shelley’s Salon’ with her cousins she always knew she’d be a hairdresser.

After gaining ten yearsof salon experience Shelley took the plunge and converted the family home into the salon you see today, turning her childhood dream into reality.

Now completely converted, you’d struggle to picture a living room in amongst the hairdryers and chairs, but it’s this relaxed, homely vibe that our customers love about this salon.

At Shelley’s we pride ourselves on having such a diverse team who are passionate about all styles of hairdressing. Our professional and experienced staff will take care of you from the moment you book the appointment to the moment you leave, whilst always providing a personal approach.

Whether you’re looking for a complete re-style, wedding hair, a knock out ‘up do’ for a special event, or just a trim, Shelley and her experienced team of stylists are on hand to provide an exceptional service by listening, advising and inspiring you.

The salon has even been recognized as award winning, after scooping the title of  ‘Salon of the Year’,  both regionally and nationally, at the annual Welsh Hair and Beauty Awards 2014. Shelley herself also received the award for ‘Women’s Stylist of the Year’!

After most recently being made a member of the Milk_Shake creative art team, whose incredible products we use in the salon, you can rest assured that you will receive a creative and professional service!
